Paradise Entertainment Limited confirmed that Mr. Ho King Fung Eric will join the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit Committee with effect from 12 June 2026.
Mr. Ho, aged 49, holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales. A Hong Kong-qualified solicitor, he brings more than two decades of experience spanning investment banking, capital markets and legal practice. Career highlights include analyst roles at J.P. Morgan (2000), associate solicitor at Linklaters (2003-2006) and Vice President & Head of Hong Kong and Macau Origination at Deutsche Bank AG (2007-2010). He currently serves as Senior Advisor to Apollo Future Mobility Group Limited and has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Prosperous Industrial (Holdings) Limited since May 2026.
In public service, Mr. Ho sits on the Standing Committee of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the CPPCC, acts as Honorary Consul of the Republic of Cabo Verde in Macau, and presides over the Money Exchangers Association of Macao.
Under the terms of his appointment, Mr. Ho will not enter into a fixed-term service contract but will be subject to retirement by rotation and re-election at least once every three years, in line with Hong Kong Listing Rules and the Company’s bye-laws. His annual director’s fee is set at HK$0.12 million, reflecting prevailing market rates for independent non-executive directors.
Paradise Entertainment confirmed that Mr. Ho holds no shares in the Company, maintains no business or familial relationships with existing directors, senior management or major shareholders, and satisfies all independence criteria under Rule 3.13 of the Listing Rules.
Following the appointment, Paradise Entertainment’s Board comprises two Executive Directors—Dr. Jay Chun (Chairman and Managing Director) and Mr. Shan Shiyong—and four Independent Non-Executive Directors: Mr. Li John Zongyang, Ms. Tang Kiu Sam Alice, Dr. Liu Ka Ying Rebecca and Mr. Ho King Fung Eric.
