CHINA RES GAS (01193) has announced that on April 10, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary, China Resources Gas Investment (China) Co., Ltd., together with its subsidiaries, collectively referred to as the China Resources Gas Investment (China) Group, has issued the second tranche of medium-term notes in China. The total principal amount of the issued second tranche of medium-term notes is RMB 2.5 billion, with a maturity period of three years and a coupon rate of 1.59% per annum. The proceeds from the issuance will be used to repay the interest-bearing debt of the China Resources Gas Investment (China) Group, replace bank loans that were previously repaid using certain internal funds of the group, and supplement the group's working capital.
