Classified Group (Holdings) Limited (the Company, Stock Code: 8232) has announced that it received a temporary waiver from strict compliance with Rule 11.23(7) of the GEM Listing Rules regarding the Company’s minimum public float requirement. According to the announcement, the Company’s public float stood at approximately 24.1% after the close of the share offer jointly made by THAC Group (BVI) Limited (the Offeror) and the Company on 29 September 2025. The Stock Exchange granted the waiver for the period from 29 September 2025 to 31 October 2025.

The announcement further confirms that the Offeror disposed of a total of 3,000,000 shares on 31 October 2025.
