On January 7, 2026, the Group's Chinese subsidiary, Guangdong Fengxin Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering Co., Ltd. (Guangdong Fengxin, as the contractor), entered into an engineering contract agreement with Shenzhen Shengshi Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Shengshi, as the employer) for the Phase II project of the industrial waste gas power generation facility for Sunite Right Banner Xinmeng New Materials Co., Ltd.

Pursuant to the agreement, Shenzhen Shengshi has appointed Guangdong Fengxin to undertake all related work for the Phase II project, which has an installed capacity of 60 megawatts.

The total contract value is RMB 78.3 million.

The Board of Directors believes that entering into this agreement represents a significant step for the Group in expanding its domestic engineering business.

This project is one of the world's largest single-unit industrial waste gas internal combustion engine power generation projects and is expected to lay a solid foundation for the Group's future entry into overseas hundred-megawatt-level wellhead gas internal combustion engine power generation projects.

Leveraging its extensive project experience and professional execution capabilities, the Group will ensure the smooth progression of the project.
