BlackRock purchased an additional 1.814 million shares of Minsheng Bank on February 13. The transaction was executed at an average price of approximately HK$4.17 per share, amounting to a total value of about HK$7.56 million. Following this acquisition, BlackRock's total shareholding in the bank has reached around 500 million shares, representing a 6% stake.
