The existing lease agreement for the land where XINJI Haotai Hotel Supplies City is located, signed with SVSEC, will expire on May 31, 2026.
On October 14, 2025, the Rural Collective Assets Trading Center issued tender documents. The bidding process will take place on December 17, 2025, with applications accepted during office hours (9:30 AM–11:30 AM and 2:30 PM–5:00 PM) from October 15 to December 15, 2025.
If the group wins the bid, SVSEC and the group will sign a lease agreement shortly after the tender results are announced, expected between December 25 and December 31, 2025. If the group does not win the bid and no written objections or complaints regarding the tender process or results are received within five (5) business days of the announcement, the deposit paid by the group will be refunded in full without interest within five (5) business days after the notice period ends.
The lessor is the Luopu Shangjiao Village Shareholding Cooperative Economic Society in Panyu District, Guangzhou.
Property I includes shops located on Plot No. 101, Yingbin Road, Shangjiao Village, Luopu Street, Panyu District, Guangzhou, covering a land area of approximately 70,600 square meters, an open space of about 42,100 square meters, and a gross floor area of around 60,100 square meters.
Property II comprises shops on Plot No. 2, Shangjiao Street, Panyu District, Guangzhou, with a land area of approximately 22,700 square meters, an open space of about 19,200 square meters, and a gross floor area of 7,288.07 square meters.
XINJI Haotai Hotel Supplies City, the group's second-largest mall, has been in operation since 2007. The group has leased the land use rights from SVSEC since 2006 to operate the mall. If the group wins the bid and the lease is finalized, it will continue operating XINJI Haotai Hotel Supplies City through these properties.
