Yankuang Energy elects Su Li as Employee Representative Director for 10th Board term

Yankuang Energy Group Company Limited announced that its recent employee representative meeting elected Mr. Su Li as the Employee Representative Director for the company’s 10th Board session. His appointment will take effect upon the conclusion of the 2025 annual shareholders’ general meeting and will run concurrently with the tenure of the 10th Board.

Mr. Su, born in July 1972, is a Professor-level Senior Administrative Officer and Senior Economist holding a master’s degree. Since joining the company’s predecessor in 1996, he has served in multiple senior roles, including Director of the Human Resource Department, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and most recently Deputy Party Secretary and Head of the Trade Union. Mr. Su has been an Employee Representative Director since April 2023 and chairs the company’s Trade Union.

As at the announcement date, Mr. Su owns 100,000 H shares of Yankuang Energy, equal to approximately 0.0010% of the company’s issued share capital. During his forthcoming term as an Employee Representative Director, he will not receive additional remuneration for the directorship. Yankuang Energy confirmed that Mr. Su holds no other directorships in listed companies, has no additional positions within the group’s subsidiaries, and maintains no relationships with current directors, senior management, or substantial shareholders.

The company stated that no further information requires disclosure under the Hong Kong Listing Rules regarding Mr. Su’s appointment.
