Win Hanverky Holdings Limited (stock code: 03322) announced that, as of 31 October 2025, its authorised share capital remained at HKD 300,000,000, represented by 3,000,000,000 ordinary shares at a par value of HKD 0.1 each. No change was recorded during the reporting period.
