TOPSTANDARDCORP (08510) announced that its board of directors has proposed seeking shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting via an ordinary resolution to increase the authorized share capital from HK$20 million (divided into 200 million shares) to HK$40 million (divided into 400 million shares) by creating an additional 200 million unissued shares. The new shares will rank equally in all respects with existing shares.
