The transaction expands the company’s issued H-share capital from 276.17 million to 282.46 million shares, marking a 2.30 % increase. No treasury shares were involved, and the company confirmed that all regulatory conditions and internal approvals were satisfied, with all subscription monies received.

Based on the disclosed issue price and share count, the offering amounts to approximately HKD 126.56 million, further strengthening IMPACT Therapeutics’ capital base.
