Vision Values Holdings Limited announced on 13 March 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its Interim Report 2025/26 have been uploaded to both the company’s website (www.visionvalues.com.hk) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who have previously elected to receive documents in print will receive a hard copy of the current interim report. The company, however, “strongly recommends” accessing the online version of all current and future corporate communications.

For investors who encounter difficulty accessing electronic documents, a Reply Form is enclosed allowing them to request printed copies free of charge. Completed forms should be returned to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or via email (862-ecom@vistra.com).

Registered shareholders are responsible for providing a functional email address. Until a valid address is on record, the company can only send printed notices of publication and actionable corporate communications.
