InnoScience (Suzhou) Technology Holding Co., Ltd. has finalized its H-share full-circulation plan, converting 373.84 million domestic unlisted shares into H shares on 3 June 2026. Trading of the newly issued H shares will commence on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at 09:00 a.m. on 4 June 2026.

Following the conversion: • Domestic unlisted shares fell from 389.56 million (42.57% of total share capital) to 15.72 million (1.72%). • H shares increased from 525.54 million (57.43%) to 899.38 million (98.28%). • The company’s total issued share capital remains unchanged at 915.10 million shares.

The board, chaired by Executive Director Dr. Weiwei Luo, advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.
