RUIFENG POWER (02025) announced that on September 1, 2025, the company entered into a non-binding strategic cooperation agreement with a Beijing-headquartered technology company specializing in intelligent connected vehicle testing technology.

Under the strategic cooperation agreement, and subject to the formal execution of binding agreements by all parties, both sides intend to leverage their complementary advantages to jointly promote and develop combined technical solutions primarily for new energy vehicles and intelligent driving assistance systems, aiming to expand their respective customer bases and achieve product diversification.

The Board of Directors believes that the potential cooperation aligns with the company's long-term development strategy to consolidate its market position in the new energy vehicle and smart automotive industry, and will enable the Group to further strengthen its competitive advantages based on existing business resources.

The Board considers that the potential cooperation will enhance and accelerate product innovation, and is expected to have a positive impact on the Group's future profitability.
