PARKSON GROUP (03368) announced its financial results for the first three quarters ended September 30, 2025. The group recorded total operating revenue of approximately RMB2.787 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 0.23%. Net profit attributable to shareholders was approximately RMB23.382 million, compared to a net loss of RMB29.269 million in the same period last year. Same-store sales declined by 17.2% year-on-year.
The company stated that the increase in total operating revenue was primarily driven by higher other income from lease modifications and terminations, as well as increased credit service revenue. However, this was partially offset by declines in direct sales and commission income from concession counters.
