Latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on November 19, a shareholder of MICROPORT NEURO (02172) transferred shares worth HK$832 million from Guoyuan Securities to CITIC SEC Hong Kong, representing 12.91% of the company's shares.

In a separate announcement, MICROPORT NEURO stated that Dr. Zhaohua Chang resigned as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Board to focus on other business commitments. Mr. Qingwei Sun also stepped down as Non-Executive Director for the same reason.

The company appointed Dr. Jie Zhang as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Board, while Mr. Xudong Liu was appointed as Non-Executive Director.
