Wuhan Youji will convene its Board of Directors on 26 August 2026 to consider and approve the Group’s unaudited consolidated results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The agenda also includes deliberation on the declaration of an interim dividend, if any.

The meeting notice, dated 14 August 2026 and signed by Chairman and Executive Director Mr. Zou Xiaohong, confirms that the session will address additional corporate matters alongside the financial review.

As of the announcement date, the Board comprises eight members: Executive Directors Mr. Zou Xiaohong and Mr. Chen Ping; Non-executive Directors Mr. Gao Lei, Mr. Shen Yingming and Ms. Li Deye; and Independent Non-executive Directors Mr. Liu Kai Yu Kenneth, Dr. Liu Zhongdong and Dr. Yuan Kang.
