Huabao International Holdings Limited (Huabao Intl., 00336) reported a series of on-market share repurchases between 22 May and 2 June 2026 that totalled 1.67 million shares, costing approximately HKD 6.09 million.
The transactions were executed at volume-weighted average prices ranging from HKD 3.54 to HKD 3.71 per share. The most recent trade on 2 June involved 250,000 shares bought at prices between HKD 3.62 and HKD 3.71, for an aggregate HKD 0.92 million.
Despite the repurchases, Huabao Intl.’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 3.23 billion ordinary shares as of 2 June 2026. All 1.67 million bought-back shares are pending cancellation.
Under the general mandate approved on 11 May 2026, the company is authorised to repurchase up to 322.84 million shares. To date, 1.67 million shares have been repurchased, utilising 0.05% of the mandate. In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales runs through 2 July 2026.
The board confirmed that all purchases complied with the Hong Kong Main Board Listing Rules and relevant regulatory requirements.
