China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC) has announced the issuance of its 2026 corporate bonds (second tranche) targeted at professional investors. The bond offering is divided into two series. Series one will have an issuance amount of up to 3 billion yuan (inclusive), while series two will also have an issuance amount of up to 3 billion yuan (inclusive). The combined total issuance for both series will not exceed 3 billion yuan (inclusive). The coupon rate for series one is set within a range of 1.10% to 2.10% (inclusive of upper and lower limits), and for series two, the coupon rate range is 1.20% to 2.20% (inclusive of upper and lower limits).
