Rex International Holding Limited announced on Mar, 20 2026 that Ernst & Young Advisory Pte. Ltd. has completed an independent review triggered by a Notice of Compliance from Singapore Exchange Regulation dated Aug, 29 2023.

The Independent Review Report sets out Ernst & Young’s findings, key facts and recommendations, and its executive summary has been appended to the company’s filing.

The board said it had already updated its Cash Management, Investment Management, Procurement and Related Party and Interested Person Transactions policies in Dec, 2024, and believes these revisions address the review’s recommendations.

Management has been tasked to monitor and periodically review compliance with the updated policies and to provide refresher training for directors and senior staff on cash-management rules and Securities and Futures Act notice obligations.
