Beijing Urban Construction Design & Development Group Co., Limited (BUCD, Stock Code: 1599) announced that due to personal career planning, Independent Non-Executive Director Mr. Zha Xiaodong has tendered his resignation. According to the announcement dated 3 November 2025, Mr. Zha also resigned from his positions as a member of the Board’s audit committee and nomination committee.

Mr. Zha will continue to serve in these roles until a new Independent Non-Executive Director is elected at the general meeting. He confirmed that he had no disagreements with the Board and that there were no matters needing to be brought to the attention of shareholders or the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The Board expressed gratitude for Mr. Zha’s contributions during his tenure.
