On June 25, China Minsheng Banking Corp.,Ltd. announced its 2025 A-share dividend distribution plan, which was approved at the shareholders' meeting on June 17, 2026. Based on a total share capital of 43,782,418,502 shares, the bank will distribute a cash dividend of 0.053 yuan per share (tax inclusive), amounting to a total cash payout of approximately 232 million yuan, with about 188 million yuan allocated to A-shares.

Including the interim dividend, the total annual cash dividend per share is 0.189 yuan (tax inclusive), with a total payout of approximately 827 million yuan for the year. The A-share equity registration date is set for July 1, 2026, with the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date scheduled for July 2, 2026.
