The Group’s wholly-owned Forthright Securities has opened a four-storey flagship outlet in Golden Dragon Centre, Sheung Wan, covering 19,337 sq ft. The site integrates a user-experience hub, smart centre, private advisory rooms and high-net-worth client salons to elevate service quality and brand visibility.

Forthright SmartInvest rolled out the “Forthright AI Investment Terminal”, an institutional-grade platform for Hong Kong retail investors that combines global market data, AI-driven analytics, professional research and automated trading tools to support real-time decision-making.

Regulatory momentum continued as Forthright Securities and Forthright Capital secured Securities and Futures Commission approval to add virtual-asset capabilities across their existing Type 1, 2, 4, 5 and 9 licences. Clients can now access virtual-asset dealing, advisory and asset-management services through a single account, facilitating unified management of traditional and digital assets. Services will be limited to professional investors and conducted in full compliance with SFC guidelines.
