DAHON TECH reports resignation of Joint Company Secretary Yi Jiamei; Wong Nga Ting to serve as sole company secretary

DAHON TECH (SHENZHEN) CO., LTD. announced that Ms. Yi Jiamei has stepped down from her roles as Joint Company Secretary and Secretary to the Board, effective 16 June 2026. The resignation is attributed to her personal career plans.
