Hang Lung Group Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Interim Report are now available on both the company’s website (www.hanglunggroup.com) and the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders—those whose shares are held through the Central Clearing and Settlement System (CCASS)—may access the report online via the “Investor” section under “Financial Information → Financial Report.” Printed copies in the preferred language have been dispatched to investors who previously elected hard-copy delivery.

Shareholders may alter future communication preferences as follows: 1. Electronic delivery: Provide an email address to the relevant bank, broker, custodian, nominee, or HKSCC Nominees Limited (“Intermediaries”) to receive notifications of future corporate communications posted on the company’s website. 2. Printed delivery: Complete and return the enclosed Reply Form to the company’s share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Requests can also be submitted by email to hlg.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

Until a valid email address is registered, investors may not receive electronic alerts and will need to monitor the company’s and HKEX’s websites for new disclosures.
