Raffles Education Limited announced that all resolutions tabled at its extraordinary general meeting on Jan, 23 2026 were passed by poll vote.

The Proposed Conversions resolution received 99.90% approval, while the Proposed Conversions Whitewash Resolution and the CHSCP Scrip Dividend Whitewash Resolution each secured 99.84% support. The Proposed Allotment and Issuance of Scrip Dividend Shares obtained 99.90% approval.

Chairman Chew Hua Seng and his associates, holding about 525.8 million shares, abstained from voting on the relevant resolutions.

Gong Corporate Services Pte. Ltd. was appointed as the scrutineer for the poll.
