DEKON AGR (02419) announced that the board has been informed by Mr. Wang Degen, the company's controlling shareholder, chairman, and executive director, that between May 27, 2026, and May 29, 2026, Mr. Wang, in his capacity as the controlling shareholder, purchased a total of 648,300 H shares of the company on the open market. The total consideration amounted to approximately HK$33.7594 million, with an average price of about HK$52.07 per H share. Following this share acquisition, Mr. Wang's interest in the company's total issued share capital (including treasury shares) increased by approximately 0.1667%.
