The board of SUNSHINE INS (06963) has announced the results of its annual general meeting and subsequent board election.

Shareholders approved the appointments to the company's seventh board of directors. Mr. Zhang Weigong, Mr. Li Ke, Mr. Peng Jihai, Mr. Wang Xiaopeng, and Mr. Liu Yingchun were appointed as executive directors.

Mr. Cai Qiwu, Mr. Xing Junxiang, Mr. Chen Xinwei, and Ms. Qian Yiqun were appointed as non-executive directors.

Ms. Jia Ning, Mr. Wu Xiaoqiu, Mr. Hong Qi, Mr. Xu Ying, and Mr. Dong Bin were appointed as independent non-executive directors.

For the board of supervisors, shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Pan Hui as a shareholder supervisor and Ms. Wang Zhe as an external supervisor.

They will join Ms. Yang Dan, the employee supervisor elected by the staff congress on April 7, 2026, to form the company's seventh supervisory board.

Following the shareholder meeting, the newly constituted board convened and passed a resolution on June 17, 2026, electing Mr. Zhang Weigong as the chairman of the seventh board of directors.

Mr. Peng Jihai was elected as the vice chairman. Their terms of office will align with the tenure of the seventh board of directors.
