SMIC has announced the issuance of shares under several of its equity incentive schemes.

On June 29, 2026, the company issued a total of 13,700 shares pursuant to its 2014 Share Option Scheme, which was adopted on June 13, 2013.

Also on June 29, 2026, 35,800 ordinary shares were issued as a result of the exercise of Restricted Share Units granted under the 2024 Share Award Scheme, which was adopted on June 28, 2023, by persons who are not directors of the company.

Furthermore, on the same date, 11,300 ordinary shares were issued upon the exercise of Restricted Stock Units granted under the 2014 Share-based Compensation Award Plan, adopted on June 13, 2013, also by non-directors of the company.
