ZUOLI KECHUANG (ASX: 06866) has announced the formal passing of resolutions to appoint Mr. Peng Junming and Mr. Shen Wei as independent non-executive directors.

Mr. Peng Junming has also been appointed as the Chairman of the company's Audit Committee, as well as a member of the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee and the ESG Sustainable Development Committee.

Mr. Shen Wei has also been appointed as the Chairman of the company's Nomination Committee, and as a member of the Audit Committee and the Strategy and Risk Management Committee.
