• 2025 Annual Report. • A circular covering: (i) proposals for general mandates to issue and repurchase shares, (ii) proposed re-election of retiring directors, (iii) proposed re-appointment of auditors, (iv) renewal of the raw-milk purchase and sale framework agreement (continuing connected transaction), and (v) renewal of the financial-services framework agreement (discloseable and continuing connected transactions) together with the notice of the 2026 annual general meeting (AGM). • Proxy form for the AGM. • 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report.
