Sun Kong Holdings Limited (formerly known as Yufengchang Holdings Limited) has confirmed completion of its official name change, effective 27 January 2026. According to the announcement, the English name has been changed from “Yufengchang Holdings Limited” to “Sun Kong Holdings Limited,” and the Chinese name has been changed from “裕豐昌控股有限公司” to “申港控股有限公司.”

The announcement specifies that trading of the company’s shares on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited will adopt a new English stock short name, “SUN KONG HLDGS,” and a new Chinese stock short name, “申港控股,” in place of the previous “YUFENGCHANG HLD” and “裕豐昌控股,” respectively. These changes will take effect from 9:00 a.m. on 23 February 2026, while the company’s stock code remains “8631.”

The release further states that the former company logo has ceased to be in use. The changes do not affect existing shareholders’ rights, daily operations, or the company’s financial position. Existing share certificates bearing the former name remain valid for trading and settlement, and newly issued share certificates will reflect the updated company name and logo.
