New China Life Insurance Company Ltd. (NCI) has released the proxy form for its first Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of 2026, scheduled for 22 October 2026 at 2:30 p.m. The meeting will be held on the 21st floor of NCI Tower, A12 Jianguomenwai Avenue, Chaoyang District, Beijing.

Two ordinary resolutions will be put to shareholders: 1. Approval of the Interim Profit Distribution Plan for the 2026 financial year. 2. Approval of amendments to the existing plan that authorizes the Board as mandated by the shareholders’ general meeting.

H-shareholders may appoint one or more proxies to attend and vote. Completed proxy forms and any notarized powers of attorney must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, no later than 2:30 p.m. on 21 October 2026—24 hours before the meeting. All resolutions will be decided by poll, and abstentions will count toward the quorum and majority calculations.

Shareholders or their proxies must present valid identification at the venue to participate in the voting process.
