According to public information, Li Yanlin, Executive Head of Hong Kong Region and Managing Director of China International Capital Corporation Limited's equity business division, departed from CICC on August 25, 2025.

Ms. Li Yanlin brings nearly 20 years of capital markets experience, having served at CICC for the past 17 years before her departure as Executive Head of Hong Kong Region and Managing Director of the equity business division. Prior to joining CICC, she held positions at Lehman Brothers and Sinopac Securities.

From a business performance perspective, CICC's equity business delivered outstanding results in the first half of 2025: revenue reached 3.307 billion yuan, representing a 106% year-over-year increase; operating profit margin of 79.06% ranked first in the sector, marking a 17 percentage point improvement compared to the same period last year. The overseas business segment also maintained strong momentum, generating revenue of 4.024 billion yuan during the same period, up 76% year-over-year, with an operating profit margin of 72.81%, representing a 24 percentage point year-over-year improvement.

Notably, against the backdrop of significant growth in both equity business and overseas operations in the first half of the year, whether Ms. Li Yanlin's departure will impact the subsequent development of CICC's related businesses remains to be observed.
