Fortune Sun (China) Holdings Limited (stock code: 00352.HK) released a quarterly update on 13 March 2026 regarding its ongoing trading suspension and progress toward resumption on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The company confirmed that the Listing Committee’s suspension decision dated 9 September 2025 still stands. On 12 September 2025 the Stock Exchange set two resumption requirements: 1) demonstrate compliance with Listing Rule 13.24 (sufficient operations and asset value) and 2) disclose all material information for investor appraisal. If these conditions are not met within 18 months—by 8 March 2027—the Exchange may cancel the listing under Rule 6.01A(1).
Management reported the following steps taken to satisfy the guidance: • A financial adviser has been appointed and a formal resumption proposal has been lodged with the Exchange. • Core operations have been “successfully revitalized” through several binding new revenue contracts. • Headcount has expanded across management, origination, research, sales and back-office functions to support a “sustainable revenue trajectory.” • The origination team is building a pipeline of additional projects to reinforce operational scale.
The board stated that all material developments since suspension have been disclosed through Exchange filings and pledged to continue timely updates.
Trading in FORTUNE SUN shares has been suspended since 9:00 a.m. on 9 September 2025 and will remain so until the resumption conditions are fulfilled. Investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
