iX Biopharma said on Oct, 8 2026 that it has received a listing and quotation notice from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited for the listing of up to 2,682,779 new shares on the Catalist board.

The shares will be issued to Mr. Lee Vincent Seng Yong under a debt capitalisation agreement signed on Oct, 3 2026.

The listing remains subject to the fulfilment of the agreement’s conditions and compliance with SGX listing requirements, the company added.
