BEKE-W (ASX: 02423) has announced the approval of a grant of 7,025,385 restricted share units, equivalent to the same number of Class A ordinary shares, to 649 employees.

The grant was approved under the company's 2020 Share Incentive Plan and is scheduled to be made on July 1, 2026, subject to acceptance by the grantees.
