BETTERLIFE HLDG (06909) announced that regarding the debt assignment agreement entered into between Beijing Betterlife Group and Mengshang Bank, as well as the debt-for-assets agreement entered into among Beijing Betterlife Group, the debtor, and Ms. Yu Yao, the transactions contemplated under the debt assignment agreement and debt-for-assets agreement were completed on August 4, 2025. Upon completion, Beijing Betterlife Group now enjoys the creditor's rights; Aurora Real Estate has become an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and its financial results will be consolidated into the Company's financial statements; the relevant properties are now legally owned by the Group; and all target businesses are now legally owned by the Group.
