YEE HOP HLDGS (01662) announced that Trio AI has recently entered into a collaboration agreement with HGC Global Communications. Under this arrangement, Trio AI and HGC will establish a strategic partnership, with Trio AI providing AI Acceleration Server (AIAS) services to deliver high-performance AI-driven computing solutions for enterprise clients.

YEE HOP HLDGS primarily engages in (i) foundation works (including pre-drilled mini-piles, pre-drilled H-piles, and driven H-piles) and other civil engineering works (such as site formation, road, and footpath construction), as well as tunneling works (including pipe jacking, hand-dug tunneling, and cut-and-cover tunneling) in Hong Kong; and (ii) property revitalization and upgrading in mainland China.

Trio AI specializes in high-performance GPU-accelerated cloud computing solutions in Hong Kong. The collaboration is expected to combine Trio AI's expertise in AI server hardware and platform development with HGC's robust telecom infrastructure and enterprise client network. This partnership aims to jointly deliver cutting-edge AI-driven services, enhance technological offerings, and create new business opportunities in Hong Kong and beyond.
