SDHS New Energy logs 13.5% rise in December 2025 power output; annual generation up 4.6%

Shandong Hi-Speed New Energy Group Limited (SDHS New Energy) reported that projects owned or managed by the Group, its associates and joint ventures produced approximately 0.53 million MWh of electricity in December 2025, a 13.5% year-on-year increase.

For the twelve months ended 31 December 2025, aggregate generation reached about 6.82 million MWh, up 4.6% from the prior year.

Segment performance diverged. • Centralised photovoltaic (PV) plants operated by subsidiaries generated 0.19 million MWh in December, down 7.3% year-on-year; full-year output fell 4.2% to 2.79 million MWh. • Subsidiary wind farms delivered 0.28 million MWh in December, surging 35.4% year-on-year; full-year wind output rose 8.6% to 2.99 million MWh. Overall subsidiary production totalled 0.47 million MWh for the month, a 14.3% rise, and 5.78 million MWh for the year, up 2.0%.

December wind gains were driven by strong performances in Henan (+51.7%), Hebei (+64.0%) and Shandong (+33.6%). Among PV assets, Shanxi nearly doubled output (+96.3%), while Ningxia (+52.6%) and Guizhou (+58.6%) also improved; however, several regions—including Hebei, Guangdong and Anhui—registered double-digit declines.
