HIPINE (02583) has released an announcement projecting that the Group will achieve a net profit exceeding RMB 96 million for the six months ending June 30, 2026. This represents a year-over-year increase of more than 70%.

The Group attributes the expected rise in net profit to two primary factors: (i) a continuous enhancement of brand influence, leading to simultaneous growth in both offline distribution revenue and online e-commerce revenue for watches, which has driven overall revenue upward; and (ii) an improvement in the gross profit margin of watch products as sales volume increases and cost control measures are strengthened, resulting in lower unit production costs and, consequently, boosting net profit growth.
