XUNZHONG (02597) has officially announced the formation of its fifth board of directors, following approvals at an extraordinary general meeting.

As part of the newly elected board, Mr. Piao Shenggen, Mr. Chen Zaixiong, Mr. Yue Duanpu, Mr. Zhang Wen, and Ms. Chen Limei have been appointed as executive directors. Additionally, Mr. Sun Qiang, Mr. Shi Xiangxin, and Mr. Su Zile have joined the board as independent non-executive directors.

Mr. Piao Shenggen will continue to serve as the chairman of the fifth board, ensuring leadership continuity. The appointments for all directors took effect on September 18, 2026, with each term set for a duration of three years.
