(KINERGY) announced that the English and Chinese versions of its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2025, together with the related circular, notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and proxy form, are now available on both the company website (www.KinergyCorp.com) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders can: 1. Access the documents electronically at no cost; 2. Request printed copies in English, Chinese or both languages free of charge; 3. Opt to receive e-mail alerts for all future corporate communications and actionable corporate communications.

To change communication preferences or request printed materials, shareholders should complete and return the specified Request Form to Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited, 2103B, 21/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong, or e-mail a scanned copy to ir@KinergyCorp.com. No postage is required for mail sent within Hong Kong; postage must be affixed for overseas mail.
