CR Beverage Reports Annual Profit of 985 Million Yuan

CR Beverage (02460) announced its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The company recorded revenue of 11.002 billion yuan, with a profit attributable to shareholders of 985 million yuan. Basic earnings per share stood at 0.41 yuan. The board proposed a final dividend of 0.088 yuan per share and a special dividend of 0.165 yuan per share.

The group, centered around its core brand "C'estbon," is engaged in the production and sale of packaged drinking water products. As of December 31, 2025, its product portfolio included bottled water under the "C'estbon," "C'estbon LUX," "BENYOU," and "FEEL" brands, as well as bottled water dispenser products under the "C'estbon" and "Jialinshan" brands.

Reviewing its packaged drinking water business in 2025, the group committed to becoming a comprehensive water solutions provider, adhering to the development philosophy that "good water knows no type," and promoting multi-brand and multi-water-type development. It focused on the "C'estbon" and "BENYOU" brands, enriching its product lines through package size expansion and packaging innovation.

During the year, the group launched the "BENYOU" 5L "Tea Companion" packaged drinking water, targeting the tea brewing concept to meet demand in home and office scenarios. The "C'estbon" brand introduced a 210ml pocket-sized pure water, designed for on-the-go consumption. In line with industry environmental trends, the group launched an innovative 330ml paper-pack product under the "C'estbon" brand in December 2025, conducting a trial sale in Hong Kong to cater to diverse consumer drinking scenarios.
