JTF INTL released a positive profit alert, indicating it expects to post a profit attributable to owners of not less than RMB35.00 million for the six months ending 30 June 2026. The company had reported a RMB5.30 million loss for the comparable period in 2025, marking a notable turnaround in year-on-year performance.
Management attributes the anticipated swing to profitability to two primary factors:
1. Revenue Expansion: Both sales volume and average selling prices of naphtha products increased significantly during the period.
2. Margin Improvement: Most of the naphtha sold was sourced from lower-cost inventory purchased before the sharp price surge and volatility triggered by Middle East geopolitical tensions, resulting in a substantial uplift in gross profit and gross margin.
The figures are based on the Group’s unaudited consolidated management accounts for the five months ended 31 May 2026 and may be adjusted after auditor and audit-committee review. Detailed interim results for the six months ending 30 June 2026 are scheduled for release in August 2026.
Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.
