WANT WANT CHINA has released its financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.

The group reported revenue of 244 billion Chinese yuan, representing a 3.8% increase compared to the previous year.

Profit attributable to the company's equity holders was 38.37 billion yuan, marking an 11.5% decline year-on-year.

Basic earnings per share stood at 32.51 cents.

Financial Performance Overview

For the 2025 fiscal year, the group's total revenue reached 244.007 billion yuan.

The company's three main product categories maintained balanced development.

Dairy products and beverages contributed approximately 51% of total revenue, while rice crackers and snacks accounted for about 49%.

New Product Contribution

New products performed well during the period, contributing a mid-double-digit percentage to the group's total revenue.

New items across all three major categories contributed a double-digit percentage to their respective category revenues.

Products launched within the 2025 fiscal year alone contributed a mid-single-digit percentage to total group revenue.

Category-Specific Results

Revenue from the rice cracker category was 59.363 billion yuan, a slight increase of 0.5%.

Sales volume for this category grew by a low single-digit percentage.

New rice cracker products contributed a double-digit percentage to the category's revenue.

The dairy and beverages segment generated revenue of 123.425 billion yuan, up 1.9%.

While revenue from the popular Want Want Milk product saw a slight decline, revenue from beverages and other products grew by nearly 40%.

New products in the dairy and beverages category also contributed a double-digit percentage to its revenue.

The snack foods category was the top performer, with revenue reaching 59.150 billion yuan, a 10.4% increase.

This category also achieved a double-digit growth rate in sales volume.

The company offers a wide variety of snack products, with all sub-categories within snacks showing growth ranging from high single-digits to low double-digits.

New product development in the snack category maintained its strong momentum, with new items contributing close to a quarter of the segment's total revenue.
