Dowway Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 8403) has announced several key changes to its board of directors and the composition of its board committees, effective from 9 February 2026. According to the disclosure, Mr. Li Huaguo, Mr. Yan Jinghui, and Mr. Dong Keijia resigned as executive directors; Mr. Lian Mingcheng resigned as a non-executive director; and Ms. Xu Shuang and Mr. Ma Lin resigned as independent non-executive directors on the same date.
