On Thursday, October 22, optical communication concept stocks fell collectively in premarket trading. AXT Inc and Applied Optoelectronics dropped more than 6%, Credo Technology Group Holding Ltd and Lumentum fell more than 5%, while Coherent, Astera Labs, Inc., Ciena, POET Technologies Inc, Corning, and Tower Semiconductor each declined more than 4%.
