The dual foreign name in Chinese has also been altered from “萬民好物控股有限公司” to “菊福堂生物控股有限公司,” effective on 11 September 2025 following relevant approvals in the Cayman Islands and subsequent registration in Hong Kong.

Starting from 9:00 a.m. on 8 December 2025, trading of the company’s shares on the Stock Exchange will reflect a revised English stock short name from “WMHW” to “JU FU TANG BIOT” and a Chinese stock short name from “萬民好物” to “菊福堂生物.” The stock code remains 8217. Existing share certificates and ownership rights remain valid, and there is no arrangement for free exchange of existing certificates.
