Central China Securities (trading in Hong Kong as “中州証券”) expects to post a marked improvement in first-half 2026 earnings, according to preliminary, unaudited figures released by the company.

Net profit outlook • Net profit attributable to shareholders is projected at RMB 380.00 million–430.00 million, implying year-on-year growth of 45.98%–65.19% from the RMB 260.00 million recorded in the first half of 2025. • After stripping out non-recurring items, profit is set to reach RMB 360.00 million–410.00 million, rising 42.17%–61.91% versus the comparable RMB 253.00 million a year earlier.

Prior-year reference For the six months ended 30 June 2025, Central China Securities reported: • Profit before tax of RMB 293.00 million. • Net profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 260.00 million. • Basic earnings per share of RMB 0.0561.

Drivers of earnings expansion Management attributes the anticipated gains to a “stable and positive” capital-market environment and the execution of the firm’s strategy focused on “large wealth, large investment banking and large self-operation.” Year-on-year revenue growth in wealth-management and investment-banking segments underpinned the expected performance, supported by initiatives in regional expansion, integrated operations and digital transformation.

Risk disclosure The company has not identified material uncertainties that could affect these estimates. Figures are based on internal calculations and have not yet been reviewed by external auditors. Final results will be released in the 2026 interim report.
