JIUJIUWANG (Jiujiuwang Food International Limited) has published its Environmental, Social and Governance Report for the year ended 31 December 2025, prepared in accordance with the HKEX ESG Reporting Guide.
Environmental highlights • Total greenhouse-gas emissions reached 4,790.68 tCO₂e, comprising 12.33 tCO₂e Scope 1, 4,647.22 tCO₂e Scope 2 and 131.13 tCO₂e other indirect emissions; the Group aims to lower emission intensity by 5% within five years. • Air-pollutant output stood at 2.41 t NOx, 0.45 t SOx and 0.20 t particulate matter. • Energy consumption totalled 0.834 million m³ of natural gas and 7.62 million kWh of electricity; water use was 145,098 t. Corresponding intensities were 0.05 kWh/revenue and 0.0005 t water/revenue. • Packaging material use amounted to 2,248 t. • The Group reported zero breaches of environmental laws.
Social metrics • Headcount was 382, all on full-time contracts in mainland China; turnover rate stood at 5.21%. • No work-related fatalities or severe injuries and no lost days were recorded. • Staff training continued to expand, with programmes covering food safety, equipment operation and management skills. • The supplier base numbered 73, with screening incorporating quality, delivery record and regulatory compliance. • No product recalls or major complaints were reported; operations are certified to ISO 22000, HACCP and ISO 9001 standards. • No corruption cases were recorded; whistle-blowing channels and annual integrity training remain in place.
Community engagement • Charitable donations totalled RMB 0.26 million during the reporting period, focusing on education and elder care.
Governance • The Board retains ultimate oversight of ESG strategy, integrating climate risk into overall risk management and setting annual performance reviews.
JIUJIUWANG states that aligning operations with environmental goals and maintaining stringent product quality remain central to its long-term strategy.
